The Production Specialist supports the creative team by executing production design work with precision and consistency. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy to ensure all materials are visually consistent and error-free across various deliverables. The production specialist will work closely with designers and the Creative Operations Manager to prepare final files for print and digital output. Maintaining efficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, along with a strong understanding of layout structure, templates, typography, character and paragraph styles, and best practices for file production.

What You'll Do:

• Execute production design tasks
• Create and maintain flawless InDesign templates

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of related experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong skills in templatization
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Knowledge of print and digital production
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines
• Excellent time management 
• High level of technical accuracy and consistency

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
