About the Role
They are looking for an experienced and bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Spanish-English) to join their remote team. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a proven background in sales, cold calling, and appointment setting. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping patients get the care they need.
Note: Experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant (VA) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales and cold calls to engage leads and convert them into booked appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text professionally and empathetically
- Manage appointment calendars, reschedule appointments, and handle inbound calls
- Organize and prioritize email and text communications, including newsletter delivery
- Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and track progress against KPIs
- Understand and communicate the benefits of dental services and overcome objections
- Support lead qualification, follow-up, and marketing campaign tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Persuasive and confident in converting leads into appointments
- Clear and professional written communication via email and text
Technical & Organizational Skills
- CRM proficiency and experience using VoIP phone systems
- Familiarity with dental scheduling software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of dental terminology and insurance (a plus)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure patient data handling
Sales & Marketing Skills
- Skilled in lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up
- Comfortable aligning messaging with marketing campaigns
- Able to track and record lead sources accurately for reporting
Basic requirements
- Must be highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish, as this role requires clear Spanish–English bilingual communication.
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
