Job Responsibilities:Administrative & Clinical Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, serving as the primary phone receptionist
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar coordination
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Conduct personal injury case follow-ups, including:
Monitoring patient balancesEnsuring payments are madeCollecting and documenting payments- Provide consistent phone coverage, including adjusting schedules to ensure calls are answered during lunch breaks
- Maintain accurate patient and administrative records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Creative & Office Support
- Create and manage social media content for the office
- Perform photo editing for marketing and internal use
- Develop general content (posts, announcements, basic graphics) for office needs
- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media or internal promotions
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare support role preferred
- Strong background in phone reception, patient scheduling, and calendar management
- Knowledge of insurance verification, eligibility checks, and basic billing processes
- Experience with personal injury cases, patient balance monitoring, and payment collection is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Capable of providing consistent phone coverage, including lunch break coverage
- Basic experience in social media content creation and photo editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Proficient in EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
