Work Location: 4001 Salt Works Road, Medina, NY 14

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $25.25 per hour * Sign on bonus of $150 on hire, $250 after 90 days and $600 after 6 months (attendance and probationary policies apply).
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet truck drivers/vendors as needed
- Answer calls to the warehouse office
- Coordinate inbound/outbound schedules with guard and yard truck driver
- Process orders as loaded
- Print Bill of Lading, pick lists, locator sheets, etc.
- Assign trailers to warehouse doors for loading
- Inventory, order and coordinate warehouse shipping supplies
- Order supplies for warehouse office
- Process inbound paperwork for packing supplies, ingredients and finished product
- Coordinate all government shipments (inventory, transportation, load day/time)Filing
- Attend meetings as required
- Cross train to provide departmental coverage
- All Plant employees are responsible for Plant Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food Fraud.
- Follow all Plant Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food Fraud policies and programs at all times.
- Report all Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food
Skills:
- Excellent communication
- Decision making skills
- People person – customer service with the guard, drivers and operators
- Organizational skills and follow up required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
- SAP experience preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
