We are looking for a "Product Director" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Strategy & Growth team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong track record of scaling products through data, experimentation, and user insight
• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles, with clear ownership of growth and business outcomes
• Solid understanding of growth levers such as funnels, experimentation, metrics, and optimization
  - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  - Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around a common vision
  - Strategic thinker with an execution-driven mindset

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap with a clear focus on growth, impact, and measurable outcomes
• Be accountable for product-led revenue, margin, and unit economics
• Lead and scale multiple product teams, balancing strategy, execution, and hands-on problem solving
• Work closely with Growth, Tech, Data, Design, and Business teams to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
• Translate company-level growth objectives into actionable product strategies and experiments
• Use data, insights, and user behavior to guide prioritization and decision-making

- Build a strong product culture around ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to C-level leadership on growth strategy, product investment, and trade-offs
