About this role
Warehouse Colleague roles paying a great £13.64 per hour, with additional £1.94 per hour between 18.00 and 06.00 and Additional £4.17 for additional hours worked over 160 per 4 week pay period and Bank Holiday Hours worked
In addition to this , a fixed premium of £83.40 per 4 week pay period is paid for operating Counter Balance and Reach truck and £83.40 if you operate the MHE in the freezer store.
Wincanton Dedicated Grocery are recruiting for Reach Truck drivers to help deliver orders to our customer Sainsburys local convenience stores
Working in a safety first with wellbeing a key focus , multi temperature environment , we have shifts from permanent nights, to rotating 06-14-14-22 , to perm 07-15 in the Freezer and Permanent 14-22
We are looking for full time roles
Reach Truck experience is essential, its ok if your licence has expired, as long have you have experience.

Person Specification
- Warehouse preferred but not essential – particularly in a multi-temperature environment
- Must be willing to work within a multi-temperature environment (full PPE provided)
- Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
- Motivated and committed
- Driven with high personal standards.
- Flexible – shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7
- Adaptable – the role provides a varied working day of multiple tasks
- Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
- The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
- Naturally curious – willing to learn and develop
