Advice and Contact – Transforming Lives

Are you passionate about helping people live independently and safely?

Join our Advice and Contact team, where we focus on prevention and early support, working creatively to make a real difference in people’s lives.

We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who shares our values of compassion, respect, and collaboration.

In this role, you will carry out strengths-based assessments, often in challenging or sensitive situations, helping people live as independently and safely as possible. You will manage a varied caseload, including complex cases, and assess risk, recommend adaptations, and source bespoke equipment solutions. You’ll also play a key role in safeguarding, moving and handling assessments, and supporting carers.

You’ll work closely with health and social care professionals, always keeping the person at the centre of your practice.

We’re looking for someone who is HCPC registered, with at least two years’ post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. You’ll be confident in managing risk, leading on complex cases, and contributing to service development.

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.

Under the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, individuals involved in regulated activity must provide a full employment history and detail any gaps. Before clicking apply please complete this full employment history form and once completed please attach it to your application form.
