About the role:

We have permanent full-time opportunities to join our Auckland team as an NCR Officer. Predominately you will be covering NCR operations, you will be responsible for ensuring New Zealand ATM fleet is online and operational and deployed to different ATM sites throughout Auckland that need repaired or servicing. This may include money jams, printer jams, card reader faults or more technical computer errors.


As part of this role you could also be tasked with attending to people in the community serving non-custodial sentences via electronic monitoring equipment to ensure that they are correctly installed and the equipment is working properly. You will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.


This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

  • Monday to Sunday - rotating shfits 
  • $24.00 base hourly rate
  • Rostered shifts days and nights - 24/7 rotating roster (10-hour shifts).

What we need you to have:

  • ‘Can do' attitude

  • Ability to handle stress and pressure
  • Physical fitness
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments
  • Be confident in managing and resolving conflict
  • Be able to work individually or as part of a team
  • Have excellent personal presentation
  • A clean current full NZ Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
  • A COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this!)
