About this role
What we're looking for?We need someone with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product design who has a strong portfolio of shipped work, ideally on productivity or workflow tools. You should be comfortable owning problem areas from concept to launch and have a track record of shipping work that moves activation, retention, or conversion. Bonus points if you have experience on a small, fast-moving team.What you'll do:Own problem areas from concept to launch, creating flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs.Take ownership of core product surfaces and drive improvements in activation, retention, or conversion.Work closely with engineers and founders to prototype, test, and ship new features.Run user research, study analytics, and conduct usability testing to validate solutions.Lead the evolution of our design system to ensure it is aesthetic, clean, and scalable.Move and iterate quickly with lean experiments to remove friction between user thought and output.
