Student Assistant Position

This part-time position will provide administrative, operational, and marketing support to staff in the College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS), located at 1800 Valley Road. The role focuses on assisting WP Online Student Support (WPOSS) team initiatives, including the creation and implementation of marketing content, support with project-management tasks, and updating office webpages. Additional responsibilities include course tracking, front-desk coverage, and general administrative support as assigned.

  

Scope of Work 

Responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Project initiatives for the College of Adult and Professional Studies
  • Assist with review/update of WP Online Student Support webpage 
  • Customer support and new student onboarding
  • Assist CAPS staff with administrative work as needed

The College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) provides innovative programming for adult learners seeking pathways to degree completion in our WP Online programs as well as for professionals seeking industry certificates, upskilling, and continuing education. Our offerings—both academic degree options and non-credit training and credentials—are connected with community partners, nationally recognized, and provide innovative, high-quality curricula and support services.
