<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data team!</p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the Multibrand strategy by replicating and troubleshooting operational and lifecycle journeys as well as event mappings onto new brands.</p></li><li><p>Support the Multibrand strategy by aligning player messages and welcome offers on new brands.</p></li><li><p>Support CRM in cross sell campaigns for both the Multibrand and Superbrand strategies.</p></li><li><p>Support CRM promotional campaigns in adhoc player lists, building journeys or aligning with developers to introduce new journey features.</p></li><li><p>Support stakeholder requests for building, and/or maintaining any new or existing journeys.</p></li><li><p>Identify and fix root cause of issues when journey bugs are flagged by business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Interpret journey logs and data to troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyse journey performance, implementing dashboard/s to track key metrics, identify issues proactively.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the development team to define and deliver new journey features and enhancements based on business needs.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience required</strong></p><ul><li><p>Some experience working with data in a commercial or fast-paced environment, ideally within iGaming or a similar digital industry.</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of analytical tools such as SQL or Python, and data visualisation platforms like Tableau or similar.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable exploring system or journey logs to help identify and understand data issues or irregularities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and skills required</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail</p></li></ul><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> Mid-March</p>
