
Job DetailsJob Category: Administrative ExemptionThe Product Marketing Manager serves as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a defined product or collection of products, owning its lifecycle goals from strategic vision through execution and launch. The PMM will work with product managers, and through them engineering teams, to meet these goals. The position manages a product domain that includes:
Integration, productization, and commercialization of a high-value external data asset.
Development of next-generation hybrid offerings that combine data, identity, and audience products to drive measurable value for our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The PMM must be fluent in agile and scrum, and have experience in software development addressing the needs of business-to-business markets.
Own the product strategy for integrating a premium external data set into our ecosystem, including ingestion, normalization, use-case alignment, and monetization.
Define the roadmap for hybrid data + audience products, identifying high-value use cases across marketing, identity, analytics, and activation.
Conduct thorough external and internal problem discovery to ensure roadmap is driven by market evidence.
Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and differentiation following Pragmatic principles.
Translate market problems into actionable PRDs, user stories, and success criteria.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within data, adtech, martech, identity resolution, analytics, or audience products.
3+ years’ experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing a plus.
5+ years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile software development practices.
5+ years’ experience independently managing software development projects of low or medium complexity, to managing multiple tasks at any given point, and building strong relationships across teams.
3+ years using Pragmatic Product practices (e.g., market problems, segmentation, positioning, win-loss).
Experience integrating external data sets (commercial, identity, behavioral, demographic, intent, etc.) a strong plus.

Compensation: Base Salary Range $113,000 - $158,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
