Our mission is to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team is expanding quickly, and we are looking for a leader to scale our inventory and asset tracking operations.
Key Responsibilities- Asset tracking: Manage the bike fleet lifecycle using GPS and AirTags, including Apple ID management and device configuration.
- Inventory audits & data accuracy: Run physical and system inventory counts for bikes, batteries, and parts, ensuring ERP data accuracy.
- Automation & reporting: Build and maintain tools such as Telegram bots and dashboards to monitor warehouse status and battery health.
- Inventory transfers: Coordinate and reconcile inventory movements between locations in the ERP system and report on results.
- Process improvement: Improve inventory counting and reconciliation methods to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Team support: Support mechanics and store admins by reviewing inspections, documenting issues, and advising on inventory procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control
- Confident use of spreadsheets for tracking and basic data analysis
- Practical experience working with hardware and software systems (asset tracking, device management)
- Experience with physical and system audits to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep inventory and documentation organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help improve and document inventory and operational processes
- Knowledge of Russian is nice to have

Working hours: up to 40 hours per week
