Why we’re seeking for a Customer Support representative:

As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls (no cold calling)
  • Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
  • Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers or turn potential customers into our clients
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)
  • Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi native/fluent speaker
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (New York Time)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
