The Coordinator of Compliance Training will help ensure the Firm’s compliance framework and annual training plans support strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities include administering training programs through Workday Learning, including coordinating courses, implementation of courses, scheduling, tracking attendance, and preparing materials for mandatory ethics, risk, and compliance courses. You will also assist with project planning, development/deployment of internal eLearning and other courses, and support budget preparation and expense review. The role requires ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders in OGC, Legal, HR, and external vendors, with a focus on effective coordination and communication across global teams.
¨ Administer and manage training programs through Workday Learning, including course setup, scheduling, enrollment, and tracking completion for all participants.
¨ Completion of all participants for Compliance training programs using Workday Learning, ensuring accurate records of attendance and certification status.
¨ Coordinate communications with learners and faculty regarding training sessions, updates, reminders, and invitations through Workday Learning and other Firm channels such as newsletters.
¨ Support the development, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of eLearning modules, ensuring content is uploaded, accessible, and aligned with organizational requirements.
¨ Generate regular reports on training participation, completion rates, and compliance metrics using Workday Learning analytics; assist in gathering data for additional analytics and reports as needed.
¨ Troubleshoot user issues related to Workday Learning access, course registration, and technical problems, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
¨ Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Events, office reception and concierge, HROD L&D, audio-visual, technology, catering, facilities, and travel agency teams—to support the delivery and logistics of Compliance training programs.
¨ Coordinate production of program materials, manage digital/online resources, and track budgets and expenses for training programs, including processing vendor invoices and maintaining documentation for key external vendor relationships.
¨ Schedule and manage the lifecycle of Compliance training programs, including in-person and virtual group sessions, small group meetings, eLearning, and one-on-one meetings.
¨ Assist in planning and executing training programs with team coordinators, HROD L&D, internal presenters, external faculty, consultants, service providers, and Firm Events and Guest Services professionals.
¨ Serve as the primary liaison to the HROD L&D team supporting continuing legal education (CLE), verifying attendance reports and post-program surveys to ensure CLE/CPD compliance.
¨ Maintain and update iManage workspaces, Connect intranet pages, ServiceNow knowledge articles, and Firm calendars, ensuring program records and trackers are current.
¨ Monitor ServiceNow cases, escalating queries as appropriate and ensuring timely resolution.
¨ Assist with the evaluation of training effectiveness by collecting feedback and survey responses through Workday Learning and other platforms.
¨ Assist with the development and deployment of internal eLearning courses using Articulate.

¨ This position is based in the Firm’s London or Manila office.
¨ This role reports to the Manager, Compliance Training, Engagement and Development (Global) with a dotted line to the Associate Director, Engagement and Development (Global).
