Now, we’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Product team and redefine how millions of guests experience our brand online.

Why This Role Matters

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and engineering teams to build and evolve our design systems and visual language.
  • Inspire and influence — present your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, guiding strategic decisions with clarity and creativity.
  • Solve real problems — dive deep into user insights and data to design solutions that make every interaction feel effortless.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce, digital product development, and agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in interaction design, visual/motion design, and user research.
  • Mastery of tools like Figma, Miro, and prototyping software.
  • Strong communicator — able to translate technical and commercial concepts into compelling design narratives.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems in high-traffic digital environments.

Experience You Bring

  • Proven track record in senior product design roles with a standout portfolio.
  • Experience leading UX strategy and alignment sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
