Are you obsessed with traffic sources, trading performance, and customer journeys? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where data drives decisions and design shapes outcomes? If so, we want you to lead the charge in our Promotions, Campaigns & Search domain.

We’re looking for an CRO Manager (Internally know as Ecommerce Manager) who’s ready to own and optimise one of the most commercially critical areas of our digital experience. You’ll be at the heart of driving performance, shaping content, and influencing how customers discover and engage with our brand.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Trade smarter, not harder: Use established journeys and real-time data to drive commercial outcomes and optimise for the here and now.
  • Own the domain: Lead the strategy and execution for Promotions, Campaigns & Search, ensuring every touchpoint is commercially sound and customer-focused.
  • Be the voice of performance: Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs, turning insights into action and influencing stakeholders across the business.
  • Shape the experience: Have the final say on design and content within your domain, guided by what customers love (and what they don’t).
  • Test, learn, repeat: Drive experimentation through A/B testing, personalisation, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, analytics, marketing tech, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, high-performing journeys.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • A sharp commercial mindset and passion for trading performance.
  • Advanced analytical skills and a love for data-driven decision-making as well as proven experience with either Adobe or Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce, ideally with domain ownership.
  • Expertise in personalisation, conversion rate optimisation, and experimentation.
  • A customer-first approach to design, content, and user experience.
  • Confidence to influence product roadmaps and cross-functional priorities.
