Your responsibilities will include Provide recommendations to the TA team and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, talent market composition, diverse hiring pools/opportunities, and research strategies Deliver project status reports, talent market intelligence summaries, and pipeline reports as needed to support individual searches Bachelor's degree is required English - Advanced Spanish is a plus Project experience building sourcing and search strategies in consultation with Leaders and Recruiters Experience with CRM tools and strong knowledge of Internet-based research tools Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, multitask, and balance multiple timelines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to find and interpret talent market data and make clear, compelling presentations
