Your responsibilities will include Manages Global SKU goverance through the Global Product Approval (GPA) process Manages cross-functional teams through the regional execution projects. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, dependencies, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives Develops plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues Manages tradeoffs to ensure optimal results are achieved Works with Product Marketing Manager to define project scope and objectives for ML Projects. Facilitate E&T activities for OEM projects, insure readiness for tollgate events and present tollgates to leadership team. Development projects and/Products launched on cost, quality and time and meeting Product Leadership criteria 5+ years of proven program and project management experience of increasing size and scope. Bachelor's degree (Preference: Engineering) Expert skill and knowledge in appropriate application area, subject matter, category, etc. Ability to see the high-level overview of the organization and effectively negotiate and implement decisions and/or actions that support strategy, alignment, and innovation Business acumen - excellent business judgement with ability to make the tough calls to ensure product leadership is delivered Ability to capture opportunities to maximize business benefits and focuses on uncertain events in a positive manner. Able to navigate complex situations and enable the team to think systemically to identify potential solutions.
