The team you will be a part of

The Category Management team develops and implements marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels. Researches and analyzes the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities. Develops and monitors channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues. Designs, develops and implements marketing programs with third-party partners.

La posición forma parte del equipo de Merchandising de LARN, formando parte de la estructura de México. 

 

La posición cuenta con la responsabilidad de desarrollar estrategias de pricing mediante análisis del consumidor, mercado y competencia. Todo dentro de un marco de colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios como lo son Ventas, Producto, Promotoria y Marcas para  asegurar el buen performance de sus segmentos y cumplir con los KPIs establecidos.

 

El rol de Senior Analyst Category Management cuenta con la responsabilidad de resolver retos complejos relacionados con la estrategia comercial para asegurar la mejor ecuación de valor para el consumidor así como para la compañía. 



Your responsibilities will include

  • Planeación y ejecución de estrategia de portafolio a lo largo de los Canales de Venta

  • Planeación estratégica promocional

  • Monitorear Sell Out y Sell In de sus segmentos

  • Monitorear y analizar productos de competencia en el mercado

  • Analizar precios en el mercado

  • Identificación de oportunidades incrementales en mercado

  • Accionar ante altas/bajas en demanda vs plan en base a análisis de fundamentales

  • Colaborar con el equipos multidisciplinarios para determinar volúmenes de venta de acuerdo a los targets, asegurar el mejor lineal para cada Trade Partner, la correcta ejecución de las promociones y los resultados de las mismas

  • Entendimiento de ciclo de planeación de demanda

  • Ejecutar nuevos lanzamientos de producto; Evaluar business cases, definir precio, volumen anual, presentar a ventas y Trade Partners y asegurar correcta ejecución de flooring y presencia tanto en canales tradicionales como no tradicionales

  • Monitoreo constante de los KPIs y metas de sus segmentos y accionar estrategias que permitan cumplirlos

Minimum requirements

  • Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o afín

  • Experiencia de al menos 2.5 años  en Merchandising, Marketing o Área comercial

  • Inglés fluido

  • Excelente manejo de Excel y  Google Sheets

  • Conocimiento/ manejo de Tableau (preferentemente)

  • Experiencia en manejo de SAP (preferentemente)

  • Excelente capacidad  de análisis y solución de problemas

  • Habilidades interpersonales, experiencia de trabajo en equipo.

  • Habilidades financieras, desarrollo de producto, negociación, liderazgo, manejo del estrés
