The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

This role is responsible for analyzing consumer behavior and customer data to generate insights and analytical models that support strategic and operational decisions in a Digital D2C context.

The Data Scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying exploratory analyses, analytical frameworks (such as Marketing Mix Modeling) and predictive models to solve business problems and create data-driven products that scale across the organization.



Your responsibilities will include

  • Analyze consumer behavior across digital journeys, using:

    • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

    • Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)

    • Other analytical and causal frameworks to understand channel performance and customer decision paths;

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on the customer base to:

    • Identify behavioral patterns, segments and trends;

    • Generate insights related to acquisition, conversion, retention and customer value;

  • Design develop and maintain analytical models and data products that support business decision-making, such as:

    • Predictive and propensity models;

    • Performance and efficiency models;

    • Structured analytical frameworks reusable by business teams;

  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with other data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, developers and product owners to frame problems, define hypotheses and evaluate solutions;

  • Translate complex analyses into clear, structured and actionable insights, ensuring stakeholders can confidently act upon data;

  • Contribute to best practices in analytics, ensuring organization, documentation and reproducibility of analyses and models.

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering;

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling;

  • Experience working with cloud environments (GCP and/or AWS);

  • Experience handling large and complex datasets;

  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods (distributions, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistics, etc.);

  • Experience with traditional Machine Learning techniques (classification, regression, time series, etc.);

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems into analytical solutions;

  • High level of organization and analytical rigor, ensuring clarity, consistency and reliability in analyses.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Experience in Digital, D2C, E-commerce or Growth environments;

  • Experience with marketing analytics frameworks, such as MMM or attribution models;

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and digital data collection concepts;

  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.);

  • Knowledge of version control tools (Git);

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly, objectively and assertively to technical and non-technical audiences;

  • Intermediate English (reading, writing and conversation).
