Your responsibilities will include Developing/sustaining key relationships with existing and potential new customers; Collaborate with merchandising, trade and brand for successful go-to-market plans; Manage delivering key strategic initiatives across trade customer functions, corporate and stores; Responsible for hitting monthly sales plan and increasing Sales volume within responsible accounts/channels; Develop joint business plans with responsible accounts for in store and ecommerce sales; Manage internal relationships with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Brand and Finance; Collaborate with product development on feature/product feedback and market needs assessment and launches; Manage cross functional process partners on sales driven projects such as Product Line Reviews, innovation/new product launches, and distribution expansion opportunities. Bachelor's Degree; Fluent in Spanish and English; 5+ years of experience in sales account management, merchandising or category management. Master's degree in Marketing or Business; Travel disponibility throughout the territory; Budget management; Commercial/Trade Marketing/ Shopper Marketing expertise: knowledge of retail and point of sales environment and shopper understanding; Experience in Ecommerce sales; Strategic thinking , project management (budget, brand plans, campaigns) and highly organized; Experience developing promotional plans; Leadership skills are a must; Knowledge in Powerpoint, Excel and Google applications (Gmail, Gdrive, google sheets etc.); Analytical skills and experience working with financial data, forecasting and analyzing POS data, and performing business case analysis; Ability to actively lead & drive teamwork; Self-organised and able to work under pressure with deadlines, have a sense of prioritization; Passionate, motivated, and creative attitude; Results and Data-driven; Exceptional communicator with strong presentation skills, interpersonal and relationship building skills; People management experience; The job has administrative duties related to getting the job done and completed; Competitive attitude, willingness to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and desire to win; Proven thought leadership capabilities, creative thinking skills with ability to drive change; Strong consumer focus; Bias for action; contributing to strategy development, not waiting to be told what to do.
