In this role, you’ll work with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international openings for a global tech company. You’ll own the full talent acquisition process and play a key role in shaping a world-class team. If you’re passionate about tech and want to contribute your skills to building a world-class product, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <h3>What the job involves</h3> <ul> <li>End-to-end recruitment for <strong data-start="746" data-end="805">product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles</strong>, primarily focused on the UK but also supporting our global offices (UAE, Europe, US)</li> <li>Working autonomously across multiple hiring projects</li> <li>Helping Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process</li> <li>Participating in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale-up or large tech company</li> <li>Experience managing cross-border and cross-cultural hiring is highly valued</li> <li>Strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach</li> <li>Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul> <h3>What We Offer<strong><br></strong></h3> <p>Wheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
