We're adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth.</p></div><p>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Technical Lead Manager</strong> to join one of our dynamic technical teams, such as Passenger, Billing, etc. </p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Managing the team of ~10 developers on a day-to-day basis: participating in planning, project management, delivery, career development for DRs, hiring</li>
<li>Architect M- and L- sized features</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals</li>
<li>Participate in the analysis, design and evaluation of technical requirements together with the team</li>
<li>Write clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go language</li>
<li>Review and give feedback on code written by peers to ensure consistency, readability, and efficiency</li>
<li>Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services</li>
<li>Proficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc.</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Our current stack:</strong> Go microservices, shrinking Ruby monolith, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Thrift, Redis, AWS, Terraform, K8s, Jenkins.</p>
