You'll be working with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Your scope will cover the complete talent acquisition process. <ul>
<li data-start="684" data-end="794">Full-cycle recruitment for product, business, and go-to-market roles across our global locations (UAE, UK, Europe, US).</li>
<li data-start="797" data-end="836">Working with a high level of autonomy</li>
<li data-start="839" data-end="914">Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process</li>
<li data-start="917" data-end="995">Participating in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-start="997" data-end="1013"><strong data-start="997" data-end="1013">Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1017" data-end="1195">2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency serving any of the above industries</li>
<li data-start="1198" data-end="1264">Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated</li>
<li data-start="1267" data-end="1452">No specific industry knowledge is required, although we tend to favor candidates with a more diversified background (e.g., working with a large variety of roles, sectors, geographies)</li>
<li data-start="1455" data-end="1514">Great communication skills and a client-centered approach</li>
<li data-start="1517" data-end="1567">Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously</li>
<li data-start="1570" data-end="1586">Fluent English</li>
</ul>
