We're adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth.</p></div><p>We are looking for a junior Product Manager with a major focus on the Customer Service stream. In this role, you will work on making our CS team more efficient, proactive, and personalised, ensuring consistent quality across every interaction.</p>
<p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst</li>
<li>Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission</li>
<li>Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance:
<ul>
<li>Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service</li>
<li>Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts</li>
<li>Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution</li>
<li>Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Internship (with the possibility to transition into full-time employment)</strong>
<ul>
<li>STEM degree from a top university (fresh grad) or a final year student</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Full-time:</strong>
<ul>
<li>STEM degree from a top university</li>
<li>6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>A passion for great UX/UI</li>
<li>Outstanding written communication</li>
<li>Highly analytical</li>
</ul>
