About the role/team:

Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the direct and enterprise sales teams by analyzing data to identify trends, assessing processes and generating actionable reports. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. The Business Analyst will also conduct market research, evaluate pricing strategies, and provide detailed data analysis to inform decision-making. Collaboration with sales teams and other departments is essential to align sales goals with broader business objectives.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and support sales operations.

  • Reconciling contract expectations with actual performance

  • Create reports for senior management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales process.

  • Conduct market research.

  • Evaluate pricing strategies.

  • Provide detailed data analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align sales goals with broader business objectives.

  • Serve as primary liaison with Sales Center of Excellence

Experience you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or relevant field

  • 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales desk support

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau necessary

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
