About this role
Reporting into the Parts Sales Supervisor, the Parts Sales Coordinator will join our team on a Full-Time basis at our South Guildford Branch. This role involves adeptly locating and identifying machine parts, providing cost-effective solutions for swift delivery. Additionally, meticulous attention will be given to processing all parts orders and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional service to WesTrac customers, ensuring a superior experience
- Identify and locate machine parts efficiently, providing cost-effective solutions
- Ensure swift delivery of parts to meet customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries and parts orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in processing orders
- Collaborate with the Part Sales Supervisor to achieve team goals
- Engage in both customer-facing and phone-based interactions to support sales activities
Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in customer service within sales or service realms, showcasing adeptness in influencing and negotiating positively
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and a proven track record in navigating challenging scenarios
- Preferable background in automotive or mining industries
- A solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to embrace a rotating roster and overtime as needed
- Proficiency in computer skills, encompassing MS Office proficiency, inventory management, and warehouse systems
