• Responsibilities:
  
  • Build rapport with customers and determine their vehicle needs.
  • Demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally.
  • Manage effective customer test drives.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Complete quotes and explain finance options.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
  • Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills.
  • Handle all internet sales inquiries personally, whether by phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Coordinate internet promotions with other dealership sales efforts.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the dealership and contribute to its success.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as sales, customer service, or call centers.
  • 1 year of internet sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft and Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean California driver's license and sales license
