What’s the role?

As a Transaction Banking Manager, you'll be at the heart of a national team, helping businesses across Australia streamline and innovate their cash flow and data management. This full-time role is based in Brisbane, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You'll deliver tailored advice and solutions, working closely with relationship managers and product specialists to create seamless, market-leading experiences for our clients.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in a relationship or business development role, ideally in B2B or the payments industry.
  • Expertise in transaction banking, fintech, or digital business banking solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong customer focus and a knack for solving problems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
