What’s the role?

Senior Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of Fax and SMS services, including L3 BAU DevOps support, project delivery, vulnerability management and resolution. The role leads continuous and service improvement initiatives while managing overall service performance across MTTR, OLA and SLA. It also includes ownership of change control submissions and ensuring effective governance for the service.  
 
This role operates in a hybrid model and requires being in the office two days per week.

What do I need?

Essential:

  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • SNOW (Service Now) service management experience.
  • Power BI advance level.
  • Min of 5 years’ experience with Technical Document writing e.g ITSD, SSD.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving skill.
  • Certified ITIL foundation or higher.

Desirable:

  • 5years experience in planning, implementation, and support of Telephony services in a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Jira project management tool experience.
  • Experience in writing user and technical documentation, operating procedures and Operation report.
  • Data NW experience.
  • SaaS experience.
