What’s the Role:

As a Senior Solution Designer in our BaaS Technology team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that will revolutionise the way we bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end‑to‑end solution design, aligning architecture patterns, technology choices, and operating models to meet defined business objectives.
- Lead features from requirements through to delivery, applying agile ways of working and ensuring consistent design and execution across the full technology stack.
- Provide technical leadership and direction, shaping solution architecture and influencing service, process, and platform changes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and technology specialists to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
- Contribute to the delivery of industry‑leading digital outcomes for a leading bank and its customers, balancing innovation, performance, and reliability.
What do I need?
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, system design, and modern IT practices, with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and assess new technologies, supported by strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and consultative engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of financial services operating environments, including enterprise applications, platforms, and core banking products.
- Experience across full‑stack application development, cloud technologies, and contemporary delivery practices, with exposure to Oracle Banking Platform and Oracle SOA Suite highly regarded.
- Comfortable working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments, contributing to iterative development, cross‑team alignment, and continuous improvement
