What’s the role? 

As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting a diverse portfolio of mid to large-sized businesses across industries such as professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, property, retail, and Agribusiness. Based in Orange, NSW, you’ll manage complex lending relationships ranging from $3M to $50M, helping clients grow and thrive with tailored financial solutions.

What do I need?

  • Commercial Banking Expertise: Proven experience managing diverse business portfolios.
  • In addition, a sound understanding of the agricultural sector, its cycle, opportunity, and challenges would be well regarded.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success.
  • Credit Acumen: Skilled in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing client relationships.
  • Local Insight: A well-established network of referral sources and community connections.
