What’s the role?
You’ll play a key role in shaping Westpac’s industrial relations strategy and providing expert advice to senior leaders. From enterprise bargaining to managing industrial disputes and workplace change, you’ll guide the business through complex matters with confidence and clarity. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, offering flexibility to support how you work best.
