What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Mortgages Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis in Sydney. You’ll help shape the future of mortgage services by building scalable, secure, and intelligent digital experiences for customers applying for and managing home loans.
You’ll work across React-based front-end development, API engineering, and Agentic AI integration to deliver innovative solutions that transform the home loan journey. Collaboration is key – you’ll partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to create seamless experiences while ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and performance standards.
What do I need?
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with API development and microservices architecture
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LlamaIndex or LangChain
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
