What’s the role?
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis within Retail Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of unsecured lending products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans), including setup, pricing, migration, and servicing.
- Proven ability to work across business and technology streams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide guidance to peers.

- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will shape solutions to enhance customer experiences in buying, paying, and staying. You will lead requirements through the agile delivery lifecycle and mentor less experienced analysts.
