What’s the role?
As a Regional General Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Commercial Bankers, setting clear goals and driving strategic direction to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll foster strong relationships with customers and communities, champion innovation, and empower your team to achieve success.
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane South.
What do I need?
- Commercially focused and risk-astute with strong knowledge of financial services, credit risk, and compliance
- Ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver outstanding results
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders
- A proven track record of driving business performance and customer-centric culture
- A collaborative and upbeat leadership style
