What do I need?

  • Solid experience in corporate and commercial lending, with strong credit skills and confidence in structuring complex deals.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain relationships, with a focus on business development and growth.
  • Comfort working alongside analysts and portfolio managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Capability to incorporate home lending solutions as part of a broader funding strategy.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
