Partner with Commercial Banking teams to ensure operational management excellence and support sales leadership initiatives.

Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers.

Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement.

Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Proven change leadership, turning concepts into execution

Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
