What’s the role?

You’ll step into a key quality assurance role within our Global KYC & Onboarding function, where you’ll review completed KYC files, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement across our processes. This is a 12 month opportunity, Sydney‑based position, working closely with teams who are committed to delivering high‑quality financial crime risk outcomes. You’ll provide guidance, insights, and training that help uplift capability and ensure our KYC practices remain accurate, consistent and aligned to regulatory requirements.

You’ll conduct detailed QA assessments, support the development of our QA framework, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Financial Crime Compliance and project teams. You’ll identify risks, recommend enhancements, contribute to training, and help drive a culture of quality and accountability across the KYC function.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A solid background in KYC, spanning both onboarding and ongoing due diligence, with proven experience delivering high‑quality QA outcomes
  • A strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and an analytical, detail‑focused mindset
  • The ability to work independently, make sound decisions and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and a commitment to building strong relationships across teams; Confidence communicating with stakeholders, facilitating training and sharing knowledge
  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement, quality uplift and effective risk management
