About this role
- A background in finance or accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
- Experience presenting financial and regulatory insights to stakeholders
- Strong grasp of financial concepts and business performance drivers
- Confidence working with data, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills

What you'll do
- The Manager will work with the GR&A Regulatory Reporting team to enhance Westpac’s control environment and improve reporting processes. They will also provide insights for informed decision-making and build relationships across business units.
