What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help design, build and improve the digital experiences our customers rely on every day. You’ll work across React and Java/Spring Boot, contributing to new features, modern platforms, and transformation initiatives like UNITE. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with solid experience who’s ready to grow and work closely with a skilled team. You will apply AI‑first approach to automate coding, testing, data mappings, orchestration, and documentation; orchestrate multi‑agent workflows with guardrails, policy checks, and evaluation metrics (e.g., code quality, test coverage, traceability).
Hybrid work applies — based in Sydney (Gadigal Land) or Gold Coast (Yugambeh Land), 3 days in the office.
What do I need?
- Ability to build user interfaces with JavaScript/React.
- Ability to develop APIs and backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
- Understanding of RESTful design and secure coding practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and openness to learning new tools
- Minimum 3 years experience.
