The Opportunity … 

We’re looking for a highly skilled, engaging and experienced Executive Assistant to complement our Digital, Data & Artificial Intelligence (DDAI) team.

You will be supporting a key business leader in driving the delivery of major commercial, technology and transformation initiatives. 

No two days will be the same in this high-profile area of Westpac and If you thrive in fast‑paced tech environments and enjoy enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best, this is an opportunity to create real impact!

About the role … 

  • Manage and optimise busy calendar activity to align with business priorities and strategic outcomes. 
  • Drive clear communication and inbox management with strong judgment and thoughtful prioritisation. 
  • Collaborate across a diverse selection of stakeholders the build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Provide proactive executive support to enable efficient decision‑making. 
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, QBRs, vendor sessions, and inclusive team events. 

Your Ingredients for success …

  • Top-flight EA experience supporting senior executives in complex corporate environments, preferably within the Financial Services / Technology domain.  
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritise based on business needs. 
  • Inclusive communication style and excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly developed computer literacy – in particular advanced diary, inbox, and organisational capabilities. 
  • Confidence engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels with a strong commitment to identifying continuous improvement opportunities. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, EQ and comfort working in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities and demands.
