Based in Canberra, this full-time role puts you at the centre of our Commercial Banking network, where you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored equipment finance solutions. You’ll build strong partnerships, support business growth, and help shape the future of our clients’ success.
What do I need?

- Experience in Business Banking and a strong understanding of client needs
- A natural ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Clear, confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- A background in needs-based selling and solution-focused thinking
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for equipment finance and its potential
