Siebel Engineer – Join a High-Impact Transformation Program

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a skilled Siebel Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast or Sydney and contribute to one of Australia’s largest transformation programs. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and help shape the future of enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Apply deep systems expertise to inform architecture and solution design, ensuring high-quality outcomes for the business. 
  • Provide technical and domain consultation across the wider IT community to enhance solution quality and system robustness. 
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, SMEs, and solution providers to contribute to accurate and timely cost estimates for design and development phases. 
  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications during the development lifecycle. 
  • Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment. 
  • Ensure adherence to Westpac’s standards and processes to meet regulatory obligations.

What do I need?

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a major in Software Engineering (or equivalent). 
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, primarily in systems development, support, and maintenance. 
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.  
  • Strong background in systems integration. 
  • Expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism (e.g., domain or programming language).
