What’s the role?
The Portfolio Management Team helps the Business Division to grow in the right Portfolio shape powered by great deal execution, strong risk management and great people. The key focus of the Credit Analyst role in this team is to actively participate in the origination and structuring of complex credit proposals for our large customers in order to achieve business division growth.
Working with Senior Bankers and drawing from your vast experience, this role will involve complex credit analysis, meeting with company executives and professional advisors, compilation of credit reviews and providing input into debt sizing and loan structuring.
Your role will also include:
- Writing a concise paper that logically outlines risks and issues
- Influencing your Stakeholders to drive great deal execution both in speed and quality
- Working collaboratively with your Peers, Product Experts, Relationship Managers
- Continuously improving and demonstrating an understanding of customers in a defined portfolio to support the achievement of revenue targets
- Risk profiling, financial analysis & related credit submission activities.
What do I need?
- Strong experience in corporate/large commercial credit analysis and cash flow lending
- Ability to influence process and facilitate great deal execution while working at a fast pace and managing multiple priorities
- Product knowledge across Financial Markets, Debt Markets, and Transactional Banking and Working Capital Services products would be highly advantageous
- A demonstrated ability to develop, influence and maintain great relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proficient cash flow modelling skills.

What you'll do
- The Credit Analyst will participate in the origination and structuring of complex credit proposals for large customers. This includes conducting credit analysis, meeting with executives, and influencing stakeholders for effective deal execution.
