About the role:

As a Jr. Application Solutions and Process Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of software solutions to improve business processes. You will work with teams and understand software development life cycles, and the ability to work collaboratively. Responsibilities will also include analyzing and documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

You will report to the Manager, Application Development and Operations and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role with three days in office and two remote.  Relocation is not available for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of software applications.

• Collaborate with IT and partners to gather process requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Design and model enhancements to existing processes

• Support the testing and deployment of new applications and enhancements

• Facilitate communication organizational units to align operations and project goals

• Document all process analysis

• Follow Westinghouse standards and controls within your responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.

• 0+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysts or a related field

• Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements concisely

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and life cycle

• High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity

• Understand and communicate best practices for optimized solutions

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
