As an I&C Process Engineer II you will support Systems Engineering processes on large-scale Westinghouse projects. This role focuses on applying configuration management, requirements management, and verification & validation (V&V) principles across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and quality. You will coordinate and lead technical design activities across multi-disciplinary teams, driving successful project execution.
You will report to the Supervisor, Systems Engineering & Requirement Management and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility on a hybrid basis.
Implement and maintain integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects.
Support configuration management and requirements management activities.
Assist in verification and validation planning and execution.
Prepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities.
Provide labor and cost estimates for project scopes.
Facilitate technical discussions between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communicate analyses, results, and implementation plans effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and delivering solutions.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with complex I&C systems (preferred).
Understanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts (preferred).
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis (preferred).
Proficient with data entry and database management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate external support.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $86,500 per year.
