About the role:
As a Component Delivery Lead you will shape and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process
You will report to the Component Delivery Manager and be located at Newington, NH. You will work in a hybrid workplace persona requiring 2-3 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
- Monitor and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards; identify/resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
- Responsibilities typically include managing large projects or processes from manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline required.
- 6 + years of relevant experience is required.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
