Job Description

Cleans and maintain all public areas including all public bathrooms by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Constantly dusting, disinfecting and cleaning of all bathrooms
  • Constantly restocking of toilet paper and paper towels
  • Monitors and restock supplies needed in stock closet
  • Sweeping and moping all floors
  • Maintaining all glass and mirror areas clean
  • Clean ashtrays and trash in public areas
  • Dusting all public areas
  • Clean and maintain all offices located in lobby and sales areas
  • Report any engineering problems immediately to supervisor and or centralized department locations
  • Places trash in specific areas for pick up
  • Vacuum areas with rugs
  • Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
